Common use of Future Registered Marks Clause in Contracts

Future Registered Marks. If any Xxxx registration issues hereafter to a Debtor as a result of any application now or hereafter pending before the United States Patent and Trademark Office, within 60 days of receipt of such certificate, such Debtor shall deliver to the Purchaser a copy of such certificate, and an assignment for security in such Xxxx, to the Purchaser and at the expense of such Debtor, confirming the assignment for security in such Xxxx to the Purchaser hereunder, in such form as may be reasonably satisfactory to the Purchaser.

If any Xxxx Mark registration issues hereafter to hereaftex xx a Debtor as a result of any application now or hereafter pending before the United States Patent and Trademark Office, within 60 days of receipt of such certificate, such Debtor shall deliver to the Purchaser Purchasers a copy of such certificate, and an assignment for security in such XxxxMark, to the Purchaser Purchasers and at the expense xxxxnse of such Debtor, confirming the assignment for security in such Xxxx Mark to the Purchaser Purchasers hereunder, in such ix xxch form as may be reasonably satisfactory to the PurchaserPurchasers.

If any Xxxx registration issues hereafter to a any Debtor as a result of any application now or hereafter pending before the United States Patent and Trademark OfficeOffice or equivalent governmental agency in any foreign jurisdiction, within 60 thirty (30) days of receipt of such certificate, certificate such Debtor shall deliver to the Purchaser a copy of such certificate, and an assignment for a grant of security in such Xxxx, xxxx to the Purchaser and at the expense of such DebtorCollateral Agent, confirming the assignment for security in such Xxxx to the Purchaser grant thereof hereunder, in the form of such confirmatory grant to be substantially the same as the form as may be reasonably satisfactory to the Purchaserhereof.
