Future Related Facilities Sample Clauses

Future Related Facilities. Those facilities, or portions thereof, described in Exhibit 3 hereto, which become located on the real property described in Exhibit 5 of the Co-Tenancy Agreement after the effective date of this instrument. Such facilities will serve in connection with the operation and maintenance both of Units 4 and 5 and the existing three units of the Initial Four Corners Plant.
