Future Reporting. The Holder or its agents and the State of New Jersey agree that the parties are not bound to the methods utilized to determine the liability for this agreement for future periods. Further, it is agreed that the Holder will take the necessary steps to retain the detailed records necessary to complete and file accurate reports in future years.
Future Reporting. In the event additional information is needed to comply with any current or future applicable State of Maine or federal program reporting requirements, the Applicant will comply with those requirements by making a timely submission of any reasonable additional data/information that may be requested by MTI.

Future Reporting. For the period January 1, 2012 through the end of the Lease (as the same may be extended), the parties agree that Gross Revenues and Allowable Expenses associated with parking shall be reported separately (i.e. on a “gross” rather than “net” basis as identified in the Audit Finding) and Percentage Rent and Savings Rent calculated accordingly.
