Future Share Issuances. No Shareholder shall be obligated to purchase additional Shares or any other securities of the Company and any future proposed issuance and sale of Shares or any other securities of the Company shall be subject to Section 3.2, except to the extent otherwise provided under this Agreement; provided, however, that the parties hereto acknowledge that the Company may need to seek additional capital in the future and that it is the intention of the Shareholders that they each may, but shall not be obligated to, contribute to the Company up to an additional $5 million of capital during the period between February 27, 2011 and February 27, 2014.
