Common use of Future Spread Reserve Account Clause in Contracts

The Future Spread Reserve Account will be established with Xxxxx Fargo Bank, National Association or with such other third party custodian or trustee selected by Purchaser. The Future Spread Reserve Account will be established pursuant to the Future Spread Reserve Account Control Agreement with respect to which Purchaser is an Entitlement Holder with Control.
