Future Stock-Based Awards. During the Term, Executive may be eligible for additional stock-based awards under the Company’s long-term incentive plan, as determined by the Compensation Committee in its sole discretion. Nothing herein requires the Board or the Compensation Committee to make additional grants of stock-based awards in any year.
