Common use of Future Subordinated Obligations Clause in Contracts

Future Subordinated Obligations. At any time after the date hereof, if any Person constituting a Specified Subsidiary Guarantor enters into or incurs any indebtedness under any Additional Indenture, the representative for the holders of the obligations under such Additional Indenture shall, concurrent with the incurrence of indebtedness under such Additional Indenture by any Specified Subsidiary Guarantor, execute and deliver a joinder to this Agreement in substantially the form attached as Exhibit B hereto. From and after delivery of such joinder, such representative shall be a “Trustee” for all purposes of this Agreement as if originally party hereto on the date hereof.
