Common use of Future Subsidiary Guarantees Clause in Contracts

Future Subsidiary Guarantees. (a) If, after the Issue Date, any Restricted Subsidiary that is not already a Subsidiary Guarantor Guarantees (or otherwise becomes liable for) Indebtedness of the Company or a Subsidiary Guarantor under a Credit Facility then such Subsidiary will become a Subsidiary Guarantor by executing and delivering a supplemental indenture, in the form of Exhibit B, to the Trustee within 20 days of the date on which it Guarantees such Indebtedness. (b) The Subsidiary Guarantee of any such Subsidiary Guarantor will subject to the release provisions and the other limitations described in Article 10.
