Future Tenants and Purchasers. The Landlord or his agent may display in or near the premises “To let” notices during the two months immediately preceding the expiration of this Lease, and a “for Sale” notice at any time during the period of this Lease; and may at all reasonable times show any prospective Tenants or purchasers the interior of the premises.
