GAMING COMMISSION SUITABILITY. Notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary, solely to the extent required by applicable law then in effect, no Person shall be admitted as a Member of the Company unless and until such Person makes an application for and receives a finding of suitability from the Mississippi Gaming Commission, if required.
