Gaming Compliance. (a) The Administrative Agent and each of the Lenders agree to cooperate with all Gaming Boards in connection with the administration of their regulatory jurisdiction over Borrower and its Subsidiaries, including the provision of such documents or other information as may be requested by any such Gaming Board relating to Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries or to the Loan Documents.
