Gaming Facility Site Selection. With respect to each particular Project, the Development Committee shall designate the location of the proposed site on which the Gaming Facility shall be constructed (the "Gaming Facility Site"), provided, the site upon which the facility housing Class II and/or Class III Gaming shall be located on and must constitute "Indian lands" upon which the Pawnee Nation may legally conduct gaming under IGRA.
