Gaming Facility Site. Pawnee and Lakes mutually agreed that the site to be used for constructing the Gaming Facility ("Gaming Facility Site") shall be those lands described on attached EXHIBIT A, (which is land upon which Class II and/or Class III Gaming may legally be conducted under IGRA and the Tribal-State Compact).
