Gaming Law and Liquor Law Considerations. (a) The Trustee acknowledges, understands and agrees that the Gaming Laws and Liquor Laws may impose certain licensing or transaction approval requirements prior to the exercise of the rights and remedies granted to it under this Indenture with respect to the Collateral subject to the Gaming Laws and Liquor Laws.
