Gaming Test Laboratory Duty of Loyalty. The Tribe shall inform the Gaming Test Laboratory in writing that, irrespective of the source of payment of its fees, the Gaming Test Laboratory's duty of loyalty and reporting requirements run equally to the State and the Tribe.
