Gang Bosses. (a) Gang Boss rates will be paid to those workers designated by the Producer to take charge of a crew of employees or a project. The Producer will not unreasonably fail to designate a Gang Boss on such jobs or projects that require Gang Boss supervision. (b) When an employee subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement supervises one or more Gang Bosses, he shall receive not less than the subforeman rate in the case of a Grip Gang Boss, and not less than the xxxxxxx rate in the case of a Crafts Service Gang Boss.
