Common use of GAP EARNINGS Clause in Contracts

GAP EARNINGS. [ ] If selected, Gap Earnings, as defined in Section 3.2(G)(1) of the Basic Plan Document, will be calculated for Excess Elective Deferrals, Excess Contributions and Excess Aggregate Contributions, and refunded to the Participant as provided for in Article III of the Basic Plan Document.

GAP EARNINGS. [ ] If selected, Gap Earnings, as defined in Section section 3.2(G)(1) of the Basic Plan Document, will be calculated for Excess Elective Deferrals, Excess Contributions and Excess Aggregate Contributions, and refunded to the Participant as provided for in Article III of the Basic Plan Document.
