Garbage and Recyclable Material. CONTRACTOR shall not at any time 3 commingle Garbage or Green Waste/Organic Waste, collected pursuant to this Agreement, with 4 any Recyclable Material separated for Collection pursuant to this Agreement without the 5 express prior written authorization of the City Representative.
