Garnishments, Tax Levies, Child Support Orders, and Wage Assignments. With respect to any Employees with garnishments, tax levies, child support orders, or wage assignments in effect immediately prior to the Effective Time, a member of the SpinCo Group (with respect to SpinCo Employees) or a member of the RemainCo Group (with respect to RemainCo Employees) shall, to the extent permitted by applicable Law, honor such payroll deduction authorizations and shall continue to make payroll deductions and payments to the authorized payee, as specified by the court or governmental order which was filed prior to the Effective Time.
