Common use of Garnishments, Tax Levies, Child Support Orders, and Wage Assignments Clause in Contracts

Garnishments, Tax Levies, Child Support Orders, and Wage Assignments. With respect to any Employees with garnishments, tax levies, child support orders, or wage assignments in effect immediately prior to the Distribution Time, a member of the AOUT Group (with respect to AOUT Employees) or a member of the SWBI Group (with respect to SWBI Employees) shall, to the extent permitted by Applicable Law, honor such payroll deduction authorizations and shall continue to make payroll deductions and payments to the authorized payee, as specified by the court or governmental order which was filed prior to the Distribution Time.
