Common use of Garver Indemnity Clause in Contracts

Garver Indemnity. Subject to the limitations of liability set forth in Section 9.2, Garver agrees to indemnify and hold Owner, and Owner’s Personnel harmless from Damages due to bodily injury (including death) or third-party tangible property damage to the extent such Damages are caused by the negligent acts, errors, or omissions of Garver or any other party for whom Garver is legally liable, in the performance of the Services under this Agreement.
