Gas Agreement. The Gas Agreement is hereby amended as set forth in this Section 1(b)(ii) below. All capitalized terms used in this Section 1(b)(ii) and not otherwise defined in this Amendment shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in the Gas Agreement. 1. The definition of “Dedicated Acreage” in Article 1 of the Gas Agreement is hereby amended to include the area on Exhibit A—1 attached to this Amendment (the “Xxxxxx DSU Area”). 2. The following definition is hereby added to the definitions in Article 1 of the Gas Agreement:
