Gas Fees Sample Clauses
Gas Fees. Each Blockchain may require the payment of a transaction fee (a “Gas Fee”) for every transaction that occurs on such Blockchain, with such Gas Fee to be based on the structure and composition of the respective Blockchain. This means that you may need to pay a Gas Fee for each transaction that occurs via the Services. Gas Fees may vary based on market conditions on the applicable Blockchain, and Sky Xxxxx shall have no liability to you in connection with the same.
Gas Fees. Blockchain transactions require the payment of transaction fees to the appropriate network ("Gas Fees"). You will be solely responsible to pay the Gas Fees for any transaction that you initiate via the Interface.

By buying or selling an OnChainMonkey on an NFT Marketplace, you agree to pay all applicable fees and, if applicable, you authorize Nfinita to automatically deduct fees (including any transaction fees, or Gas Fees, as applicable) directly from Purchaser’s payments for the transaction or subsequent transactions. “Gas Fees” fund the network of computers that run the decentralized blockchain network, meaning that Purchaser will need to pay a Gas Fee for each transaction that occurs via the blockchain network. Nfinita has no insight into or control over these payments or transactions, nor does Nfinita have the ability to reverse any transactions. Accordingly, Nfinita will have no liability to you or to any third party for any claims or damages that may arise as a result of any transactions of OnChainMonkeys that you engage in.

Artist has no insight into or control over these payments or transactions, nor does Artist have the ability to reverse any transactions. Accordingly, Artist will have no liability to you or to any third party for any claims or damages that may arise as a result of any transactions of the Song Tokens that you engage in.

By buying or selling a Curators Society NFT on the Curators Society Mint Website or any other platform, you agree to pay all applicable fees, including, but not limited to, any transaction fees and Gas Fees, as applicable. “Gas Fees” fund the network of computers that run the decentralized Ethereum network, meaning that Purchaser will need to pay a Gas Fee for each transaction that occurs via the Ethereum network. The Foundation does not have any insight into or control over these payments or transactions, nor does the Foundation have the ability to reverse any transactions. Accordingly, the Foundation will have no liability to you or to any third party for any claims or damages that may arise as a result of any transactions of the Curators Society NFTs that you engage in.

YDKM does not have any insight into or control over these payments or transactions, nor does YDKM have the ability to reverse any transactions. Accordingly, YDKM will have no liability to you or to any third party for any claims or damages that may arise as a result of any transactions of the Rogues that you engage in.
Gas Fees. Every transaction on the Flow Network requires the payment of a transaction fee (each, a “Gas Fee”). The Gas Fees fund the network of computers that run the decentralized Flow Network. This means that you will need to pay a Gas Fee for each transaction that you instigate via the Platform. Except as otherwise expressly set forth in these Terms of Use, you will be solely responsible to pay any Gas Fee for any transaction that you instigate via the Platform.
Gas Fees. All transactions that are executed on the Network, regardless of whether they are initiated in connection with the LAOS Chain Crowd Loan Campaign, require the payment of a transaction fee (“Gas Fee”) to the Network. The Gas Fee required to actually execute a transaction on the Network depends is entirely outside of the control of the Foundation. You acknowledge and agree that Gas Fees paid to the Network are non-refundable under any circumstances.
