Common use of Gas Imbalances, Prepayments Clause in Contracts

Gas Imbalances, Prepayments. Except as set forth on the most recent certificate delivered pursuant to Section 8.12(c), on a net basis there are no gas imbalances, take or pay or other prepayments which would require the Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary to deliver Hydrocarbons produced from the Oil and Gas Properties at some future time without then or thereafter receiving full payment therefor exceeding 500,000 Mcf of gas (on an mcf equivalent basis) in the aggregate.

Gas Imbalances, Prepayments. Except as set forth on Schedule 7.18 or on the most recent certificate delivered pursuant to Section 8.12(c8.11(c), on a net basis there are no gas imbalances, take or pay or other prepayments which would require the Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary of its Subsidiaries to deliver Hydrocarbons produced from the Oil and Gas Properties at some future time without then or thereafter receiving full payment therefor exceeding 500,000 Mcf two percent (2%) of the Borrower’s and its Subsidiaries’ Proved Reserves of natural gas (on an mcf equivalent basis) in the aggregate.

Gas Imbalances, Prepayments. Except With respect to Oil and Gas Properties operated by the Borrower or a Subsidiary, except as set forth on Schedule 7.18 or on the most recent certificate delivered pursuant to Section 8.12(c), on a net basis there are no gas imbalances, take or pay or other prepayments which would require the Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary of its Subsidiaries to deliver Hydrocarbons produced from the such Oil and Gas Properties at some future time without then or thereafter receiving full payment therefor exceeding 500,000 Mcf one-half bcf of gas (on an mcf equivalent basis) in the aggregate.

Gas Imbalances, Prepayments. Except as set forth on Schedule 7.18 or on the most recent certificate Reserve Report Certificate delivered pursuant to Section 8.12(c)8.11(c) or as disclosed in writing to the Administrative Agent, on a net basis there are no gas imbalances, take or pay or other prepayments which would require the Borrower Parent Guarantor or any Restricted Subsidiary other Credit Party to deliver Hydrocarbons produced from the their Oil and Gas Properties at some future time without then or thereafter receiving full payment therefor exceeding 500,000 800,000 Mcf of gas (on an mcf equivalent basis) in the aggregate.

Except as set forth on Schedule 7.18 or on the most recent certificate delivered pursuant to Section 8.12(c), on a net basis there are no gas imbalances, take or pay or other prepayments which would require the Borrower or any of its Restricted Subsidiary Subsidiaries to deliver Hydrocarbons produced from the Oil and Gas Borrowing Base Properties of the Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary at some future time without then or thereafter receiving full payment therefor exceeding 500,000 Mcf one-half bcf of gas (on an mcf equivalent basis) in the aggregate.

Gas Imbalances, Prepayments. Except as set forth on Schedule 7.18 or on the most recent certificate delivered pursuant to Section 8.12(c8.11(c), on a net aggregate basis there are no gas imbalances, take or pay or other prepayments which would require Holdings, the Borrower or any of the Restricted Subsidiary Subsidiaries to deliver Hydrocarbons produced from the their Oil and Gas Properties at some future time without then or thereafter receiving full payment therefor exceeding 500,000 Mcf two percent (2.0%) of the aggregate volumes of gas (on an mcf equivalent basis) listed in the aggregatemost recent Reserve Report.

Gas Imbalances, Prepayments.
