Common use of Gas Imbalances, Prepayments Clause in Contracts

Gas Imbalances, Prepayments. With respect to Oil and Gas Properties operated by the Borrower or a Subsidiary, except as set forth on Schedule 7.18 or on the most recent certificate delivered pursuant to Section 8.12(c), on a net basis there are no gas imbalances, take or pay or other prepayments which would require the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries to deliver Hydrocarbons produced from such Oil and Gas Properties at some future time without then or thereafter receiving full payment therefor exceeding one-half bcf of gas (on an mcf equivalent basis) in the aggregate.

Gas Imbalances, Prepayments. With respect to Oil and Gas Properties operated by the Borrower or a Subsidiary, except Except as set forth on Schedule 7.18 or on the most recent certificate delivered pursuant to Section 8.12(c8.11(c), on a net basis there are no gas imbalances, take or pay or other prepayments which would require the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries to deliver Hydrocarbons produced from such the Oil and Gas Properties at some future time without then or thereafter receiving full payment therefor exceeding one-half bcf two percent (2%) of the Borrower’s and its Subsidiaries’ Proved Reserves of natural gas (on an mcf equivalent basis) in the aggregate.

Gas Imbalances, Prepayments. With respect to Oil and Gas Properties operated by the Borrower or a Subsidiary, except Except as set forth on Schedule 7.18 or on the most recent certificate delivered pursuant to Section 8.12(c), on a net basis there are no gas imbalances, take or pay or other prepayments which would require the Parent Guarantor, the Borrower or any of its their Subsidiaries to deliver Hydrocarbons produced from such the Oil and Gas Properties at some future time without then or thereafter receiving full payment therefor exceeding one-half bcf 500,000 Mcf of gas (on an mcf equivalent basis) in the aggregate.

With respect to Oil and Gas Properties operated by the Borrower or a Subsidiary, except Except as set forth on Schedule 7.18 or on the most recent certificate delivered pursuant to Section 8.12(c6.12(B), on a net basis there are no gas imbalances, take or pay or other prepayments which would require the Borrower or any of its the Borrower’s Subsidiaries to deliver Hydrocarbons produced from such their Oil and Gas Properties at some future time without then or thereafter receiving full payment therefor exceeding one-half bcf of gas (on an mcf equivalent basis) in the aggregate.

With respect to Oil and Gas Properties operated by the Borrower or a Subsidiary, except Except as set forth on Schedule 7.18 or on the most recent certificate delivered pursuant to Section 8.12(c), on a net basis there are no gas imbalances, take or pay or other prepayments which would require the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries to deliver Hydrocarbons produced from such the Oil and Gas Properties at some future time without then or thereafter receiving full payment therefor exceeding one-half fourth (1/4) bcf of gas (on an mcf equivalent basis) in the aggregate.

With respect to Oil and Gas Properties operated by the Borrower or a Subsidiary, except Except as set forth on Schedule 7.18 or on the most recent certificate delivered pursuant to Section 8.12(c), on a net basis there are no gas imbalances, take or pay or other prepayments which would require the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries to deliver Hydrocarbons produced from such the Oil and Gas Properties at some future time without then or thereafter receiving full payment therefor exceeding one-half bcf of gas (on an mcf equivalent basis) in the aggregate.

With respect to Oil and Gas Properties operated by the Borrower or a Subsidiary, except Except as set forth on Schedule 7.18 7.20 or on the most recent certificate delivered pursuant to Section 8.12(c), on a net basis there are no gas imbalances, take or pay or other prepayments which would require the Borrower or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries to deliver Hydrocarbons produced from such their Proved Oil and Gas Properties at some future time without then or thereafter receiving full payment therefor exceeding one-half bcf of gas (on an mcf equivalent basis) in the aggregate.

With respect to Oil and Gas Properties operated by As of the Borrower or a Subsidiarydate hereof, except as ---------------------------- set forth on Schedule 7.18 7.19 or on the most recent certificate delivered pursuant to Section 8.12(c), on a net basis there are no gas imbalances, take or pay or other prepayments which would require the Borrower or any of its Material Subsidiaries to deliver Hydrocarbons produced from such the Oil and Gas Properties at some future time without then or thereafter receiving full payment therefor exceeding one-half bcf three million mcf of gas (on an mcf equivalent basis) in the aggregate.

With respect to Oil and Gas Properties operated by the Borrower or a Subsidiary, except Except as set forth on Schedule 7.18 or on the most recent certificate delivered pursuant to Section 8.12(c), on a net basis there are no gas imbalances, take or pay or other prepayments which would require the Borrower or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries to deliver Hydrocarbons produced from such their Oil and Gas Properties at some future time without then or thereafter receiving full payment therefor exceeding one-half bcf of gas (on an mcf equivalent basis) in the aggregate.

With respect to Oil and Gas Properties operated by the Borrower or a Subsidiary, except Except as set forth on Schedule 7.18 or on the most recent certificate delivered pursuant to Section 8.12(c), on a net basis there are no gas imbalances, take or pay or other prepayments which would require the Borrower or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries to deliver Hydrocarbons produced from such Oil and Gas the Borrowing Base Properties of the Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary at some future time without then or thereafter receiving full payment therefor exceeding one-half bcf of gas (on an mcf equivalent basis) in the aggregate.

With respect to Oil and Gas Properties operated by the Borrower or a Subsidiary, except Except as set forth on Schedule 7.18 or on the most recent certificate delivered pursuant to Section 8.12(c8.11(b), on a net basis there are no gas imbalances, take or pay or other prepayments which would require the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries Subsidiary to deliver Hydrocarbons produced from such the Oil and Gas Properties of the Borrower or any Subsidiary at some future time without then or thereafter receiving full payment therefor exceeding one-half bcf two percent (2%) of the Borrower’s Proved Reserves of natural gas (on an mcf equivalent basis) in the aggregate.

With respect to Oil and Gas Properties operated by the Borrower or a Subsidiary, except Except as set forth on Schedule 7.18 or on the most recent certificate delivered pursuant to Section 8.12(c), on a net basis there are no gas imbalances, take or pay or other prepayments which would require the Borrower or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries to deliver Hydrocarbons produced from such Oil and Gas the Upstream Component Properties of the Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary at some future time without then or thereafter receiving full payment therefor exceeding one-half one bcf of gas (on an mcf equivalent basis) in the aggregate.

With respect to Oil and Gas Properties operated by the Borrower or a Subsidiary, except Except as set forth on Schedule 7.18 or on the most recent certificate delivered pursuant to Section 8.12(c8.12(b), on a net basis there are no gas imbalances, take or pay or other prepayments which would require the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries Subsidiary to deliver Hydrocarbons produced from such the Oil and Gas Properties of the Borrower or any Subsidiary at some future time without then or thereafter receiving full payment therefor exceeding one-half bcf two percent (2%) of the Borrower’s Proved Reserves of natural gas (on an mcf equivalent basis) in the aggregate.
