Gas Imbalances, Take-or-Pay or Other Prepayments. The Borrower shall not, nor shall it permit any of its Subsidiaries to, allow (a) gas imbalances (other than those imbalances which (i) occur in the normal course of business and (ii) do not exceed 2% of the value of the Proven Reserves of the Credit Parties), or prepayments with respect to the Oil and Gas Properties of the Borrower or any Subsidiary which would require the Borrower or any Subsidiary to deliver their respective Hydrocarbons produced on a monthly basis from such Oil and Gas Properties at some future time without then or thereafter receiving full payment therefor or (b) take-or-pay obligations in excess of $2,000,000 in the aggregate.
