Common use of Gas Imbalances Clause in Contracts

Gas Imbalances. Except as set forth in Schedule 3.23, on a net basis there are no Gas Imbalances, take or pay or other prepayments with respect to any Oil and Gas Properties which would require any Loan Party to deliver Hydrocarbons produced from such Oil and Gas Properties at some future time without then or thereafter receiving full payment therefor.

Gas Imbalances. Except as set forth in on Schedule 3.234.22, on a net basis there are no Gas Imbalancesgas imbalances, take or pay or other prepayments with respect to any Borrower's Oil and Gas Properties which would require Borrower or any Loan Party Subsidiary to deliver Hydrocarbons produced from such Borrower's Oil and Gas Properties at some future time without then or thereafter receiving full payment therefor.

Except As of the Effective Date, except as set forth in on Schedule 3.233.18, on a net basis there are no Gas Imbalances, take or pay or other prepayments with respect to any Oil and Gas Properties which would require any Loan Credit Party to deliver Hydrocarbons produced from such Oil and Gas Properties at some future time without then or thereafter receiving full payment therefortherefor other than that which do not result in any Credit Party or any Subsidiary having net aggregate liability in excess of $5,000,000.
