Gateway Hold in Trust. Gateway agrees that if it receives payment on or other proceeds of the WFBC Accounts (other than pursuant to the terms of this Agreement), it will hold such payments or proceeds in trust for the benefit of WFBC and promptly remit such proceeds or payments to WFBC.
