Gatherer Notifications Sample Clauses

The Gatherer Notifications clause establishes the obligation for one party, typically referred to as the Gatherer, to provide timely updates or notifications to the other party regarding specific events or information relevant to the agreement. In practice, this may require the Gatherer to inform the other party about the collection, status, or delivery of certain data, materials, or resources as specified in the contract. This clause ensures that all parties remain informed and can respond appropriately to developments, thereby promoting transparency and reducing the risk of misunderstandings or delays.
