GATHERING LINES Sample Clauses
The "Gathering Lines" clause defines the rules and responsibilities related to the installation, operation, and maintenance of pipelines or conduits used to collect and transport resources, such as oil or gas, from multiple wells to a central facility. Typically, this clause specifies which party is responsible for constructing and maintaining these lines, outlines any requirements for safety and regulatory compliance, and may address issues like access rights or cost allocation. Its core practical function is to ensure clear allocation of duties and minimize disputes regarding the infrastructure needed to efficiently gather and move resources within a project area.
