Common use of GE AFFILIATES Clause in Contracts

GE AFFILIATES. You acknowledge and agree that the Products, Services and Deliverables purchased under this PO may be used by GE on behalf of itself and, at no additional expense to GE, for the benefit of any GE Affiliate. Any GE Affiliate, worldwide, which uses the Products, Services and/or Deliverables, whether the right to use passes directly to that entity or not, shall be entitled to all of the rights and interests of GE under this PO, and may enforce this PO in its own name.
