Common use of Gender and Plurality Clause in Contracts

Gender and Plurality. Wherever applicable, the pronouns designating the masculine or neuter will equally apply to the feminine, neuter or masculine genders. Furthermore, wherever applicable within this Agreement, the singular will include the plural and vice versa. The term "person" when used herein shall include a natural person and all forms of entities, including, without limitation, a corporation, trust, association, partnership, limited partnership, partnership in commendam, limited liability company or limited liability partnership.
