Common use of Genders and Headings Clause in Contracts

Genders and Headings. The use of any gender herein shall be deemed to be or include the other gender and the use of the singular herein shall be deemed to be or include the plural (and vice-versa), wherever appropriate. The headings herein are inserted only as a matter of convenience and reference and in no way define, limit or describe the scope of this Agreement, or the intent of the provisions thereof.
