Common use of General Affirmative Covenants Clause in Contracts

General Affirmative Covenants. Borrower covenants and agrees with Lender that from and after the date hereof, and so long as the Term Loan remains outstanding, that they will comply with the covenants set forth in Sections 10.1 through 10.37, inclusive.
