General Agent’s Authority. 6.1 (a) General Agent shall have the authority and the duty to act for and on behalf of Company in all respects, insofar as necessary for General Agent to perform the functions of a managing general agent of Company, including, but not limited to, Policy issuance, accounting, billing and claims handling, subject to the terms and conditions of this Amended and Restated Agreement.
