General Agreement Relating to Proceedings. The Employee has not filed, and except as provided in Paragraphs 4(b) and 4(c), the Employee agrees not to initiate or cause to be initiated on his/her behalf, any complaint, charge, claim or proceeding against the Releasees before any local, state or federal agency, court or other body relating to his/her employment or the termination of his/her employment, other than with respect to the obligations of the Company to the Employee under this Agreement or any indemnification rights the Employee may have as listed in Paragraph 3(a) (each, individually, a “Proceeding”), and agrees not to participate voluntarily in any Proceeding. The Employee waives any right he/she may have to benefit in any manner from any relief (whether monetary or otherwise) arising out of any Proceeding.
