Common use of General and Administrative Expenses Clause in Contracts

General and Administrative Expenses. The Xxxxxxxx Entities shall reimburse the Company for a proportionate part of the Company’s general and administrative expenses (office rent, equipment, supplies and other similar items) based on the amount of personnel expenses charged to the Xxxxxxxx Entities each month compared to the total personnel expenses of the Company associated with the provision of Tax Services to the Xxxxxxxx Entities and comparable services to the Company.

General and Administrative Expenses. The Xxxxxxxx Entities Company shall reimburse the Company Wxxxxxxx Entities for a proportionate part of the Company’s their general and administrative expenses (office rent, equipment, supplies and other similar items) based on the amount of personnel expenses charged to the Xxxxxxxx Entities Company each month compared to the total personnel expenses of the Company Wxxxxxxx Entities associated with the provision of Tax Services to the Xxxxxxxx Entities Company and comparable services to the CompanyWxxxxxxx Entities.
