GENERAL AND BILLING NOTES. A. Discovery Process & Transition Period Services: Customer shall provide AllDigital with an advance payment of $60,000 for the initial 30 day period of the Discovery Process & Transition Period Services, immediately upon the execution of this Order Form. Any subsequent payments for the remainder of the Discovery Process & Transition Period Services shall be mutually agreed upon.
