GENERAL AND MISCELLANEOUS. 1. Any Employee leaving the service of the Company will, upon request, be furnished with a letter setting forth the Company’s record of his job classifications, stating his length of service and rate of pay at the time of leaving the Company. 2. Suitable rain suits will be provided and maintained by the Company. The Company will furnish uniform jackets for Employees and will have uniform parkas and coveralls available in stock for Employees to check out when needed. 3. The Company agrees to provide the Union with bulletin board space Marked “Aircraft Mechanics Fraternal Association” where Union notices of interest to the Employees may be posted. No political, inflammatory, controversial, or derogatory material will be permitted thereon. 4. The Company will cause to be printed and distributed to each Employee a copy of this Agreement and will provide the Aircraft Mechanics Fraternal Association with fifty (50) copies of the Labor Agreement. 5. Airline trip passes will be issued to qualified Employees in accordance with existing Company policy. 6. Subject to pre-existing policies and contractual commitments, Employees covered by this Agreement will be treated no less favorable than other Employee groups in prioritizing space available access to jumpseats. 7. Any deviation from this Agreement may be made by mutual agreement between the Company and the Aircraft Mechanics Fraternal Association. Such mutual agreement must be in writing and signed by the parties thereto. 8. The Company will continue to allow Employees a reasonable amount of time to wash-up prior to punching out. 9. Supervisors/Tech Supervisors and higher ranking officials will not be permitted to perform work of any hourly rated job covered by this Agreement except in emergencies or instructing or training of Employees or assisting in troubleshooting. 10. Where Employees have become physically unable to perform their regular work, the Union and the Company will cooperate in attempting to place such Employees in a position within their classification for which they are qualified and able to perform, or by mutual agreement in a lower classification for which they are qualified and able to perform. 11. The Employee will be allowed four (4) work days leave with pay at the Employee’s regular rate of pay for the purpose of attending the funeral of a member of his or her immediate family. Such days will be taken within the days immediately preceding and/or following the funeral. Members of the immediate family will consist of the Employee’s mother, father, or legal guardian in lieu thereof, step-mother, step-father, spouse, children, step-children, brother, sister, grandparents, grandchildren, mother-in-law and father-in-law. If additional days are required, such days may be taken without pay or will be deducted from the Employee’s vacation or floating holiday allowance. If the Employee has no accrued vacation or floating holidays in his bank, the Employee may use up to four (4) accrued sick days as additional leave. 12. If an Employee’s regularly scheduled work shift begins on one calendar day and extends into the following calendar day, the day worked (for determining pay and holidays, etc.) will be considered to be the day on which his shift started. 13. The Company agrees to provide a locked, secure area where Employees’ tools and tool boxes may be kept. By providing such facilities, however, the Company does not thereby insure the safety of any tools or tool boxes kept therein, nor does it assume the liability of replacing any items which may be lost or stolen therefrom, except that the Company will reimburse an Employee covered by this Agreement for the loss by fire of his personal tools and tool box occasioned by a fire on Company premises or while the Employee is on Company business. It is further understood and agreed that when a mechanic is required by the Company to travel in connection with emergency field service to restore Company aircraft or equipment to service, the Company will reimburse such mechanic if his personally owned tools are lost or stolen while being shipped to or from the downline station or while such mechanic is at the downline station performing the emergency field service. This Agreement is subject to the following limitations and conditions: a. To qualify for reimbursement under this section, the Employee must have on file with the Company a complete inventory of his personal tools regularly used on Company business and kept on Company premises or used in connection with emergency field service. Such inventory is subject to verification by the Company. Tools which are added to the Employee’s tool box after the inventory will not be covered until the tools are added to the inventory; b. Tools which are not essential to the performance of the job will not be permitted to be included in the inventory; c. Missing individual tools are not covered; d. Tool boxes excessively damaged while being shipped for field service use will be repaired or replace. 14. All orders or notices to an Employee covered by the Agreement involving a transfer, promotion, demotion, layoff, discipline, or leave of absence will be given in writing with a copy to the Union. No letter or notice for violation of Company rules will be used in the determining of discipline if such notice has been in the Employee’s file for twelve (12) months and there has been no recurrence of the same offense within the twelve (12) month period. All letter or reprimand or warning will be removed from an Employee’s file after twelve (12) months from date letter is placed in the file. 15. When an Employee passes his probationary period he will be issued a set of five (5) uniforms. Each Employee will utilize the automated uniform ordering process made available to all covered Employees by the Company to order new or additional uniforms. Each Employee will be given an expense account with a minimum dollar amount equal to five (5) complete uniform sets per year covered by the Company to order new or additional uniforms. All requests for special uniform items outside the five complete sets (e.g., rain-suits, winter gear, etc.) must be ordered through the Supervisor. Should an Employee’s uniform show exceptional wear and tear during this interim the Employee should consult with his Supervisor. All Employees wearing Company furnished uniforms will abide by the general appearance code for Maintenance Employees. 16. If there is any change during the life of this Agreement in the licenses Employees covered by this Agreement are required to have, all Employees affected will be given a reasonable period of time from the date of such change to obtain each license, and there will be no change in their status or pay during said period.

Should an Employee’s employee's uniform show exceptional wear and tear during this interim interim, the Employee employee should consult with his Supervisorsupervisor. All Employees employees wearing Company furnished uniforms will abide by the general appearance code for Maintenance Employeesmaintenance employees. 1614. The Company will provide a file drawer for the use of the Union. Said file drawer shall be capable of being locked. 15. If there is any change during the life of this Agreement in the licenses Employees employees covered by this Agreement are required to have, all Employees employees affected will shall be given a reasonable period of time at least six (6) months from the date of such change to obtain each license, and there will shall be no change in their status or to pay during said six (6) month period. 16. Each Employee shall be responsible for clocking themselves in and out. The employee will be responsible for entering their hours of service or premiums other than his regular scheduled shift on the exception log. Authorized company personnel will create and manage a log of work hour exceptions. 17. The Company shall offer all employees covered by this Agreement the option to payroll deduct contributions to the IBT Credit Union, on the same basis as provided for the Southwest Airlines Employees' Federal Credit Union as of the effective date of this Agreement.

GENERAL AND MISCELLANEOUS. 1A. Service records shall be maintained for all employees by the Company and upon resignation or discharge from the service, the employee upon request, will be furnished with a copy of same. In discharge cases the employee and his Union Representative will have access to the service records applicable to the case prior to the holding of any investigation. In cases where it is necessary that an employee should be warned due to the caliber of his work and/or the general performance of his duties, such warning will be made to the employee in writing with a copy of the Local Chairman and the employee will be given a reasonable length of time to correct the matter. B. In the interest of training Agents in all other phases of work, Supervisors may rotate work assignment on a daily basis; however, this authority shall not be used for purposes of discrimination. M. Employees are expected to be well groomed and present a neat and businesslike appearance at all times while on duty. Employees not reporting to work in uniform may be subject to Progressive Discipline. N. It is forbidden for any employee to engage in drinking alcoholic beverages while in uniform or when on duty or to come to work under the licenses Employees influence of alcohol. This prohibition also applies to narcotics, un-prescribed, and illegal drugs. O. All employees must be approved and stay bondable as a condition of continued employment. P. The Company will notify District #142 of any new hired employee(s) that will be covered by this Agreement as soon as practical. The Company shall provide District #142 with a corrected Seniority List once a year. Q. Negotiating Committee: The two (2) employees on the Union’s Committee shall be compensated for rostered times on days on which negotiations are required scheduled. Negotiating Committee: The two (2) employees on the Union’s Committee shall be compensated for time lost on days on which negotiations are scheduled even if direct negotiations do not occur, provided that the employees actually participate in meetings with the Union for purposes of collective bargaining. The committee representing the Union for purpose of negotiating any modification or amendments proposed to havethis Agreement shall not exceed four (4) in numbers, all of whom two (2) shall be Employees affected will of the Company. Either party may bring to such negotiation meetings a specialist regarding technical or special items being considered or any other designated representative. Employees called into negotiations on a day off shall be given a reasonable period of back the time lost from the date day off. Employees called into negotiations while working, shall not lose pay while participating in such negotiations. R. Effective upon the signing of such change to obtain each licensethis Agreement, employees who are late for work three (3) times in a rolling ninety (90) day period, will receive an oral warning (a notation of which shall be placed in the employee’s file); an employee who is late for work an additional three (3) times in a rolling ninety (90) day period will receive a written warning; an employee late for work an additional three (3) times in a rolling ninety (90) day period shall be suspended without pay for one day. If the employee, upon receiving and there will warning for attendance, completes a ninety (90) day rolling period with no additional late for work instances, then the warnings shall be no change in removed from their status or pay during said periodfile and not be used for the basis of any further discipline.

The Company agrees to provide an enclosed, locked bulletin board marked “I.A.M.” at all work locations where it is possible to do so, for the posting of Union notices of meetings and other business matters. Nothing of a derogatory or inflammatory nature may be posted. The Xxxxxxx shall be responsible for securing the bulletin board and ensuring that only appropriate I.A.M. meeting and business matters are posted. Tentative Agreement D. The Company will provide free parking at each work Maintenance Base for Employees. Tentative Agreement E. This Agreement may not be amended or supplemented except by a written Letter of Agreement signed by an officer of the Company, or designee, on behalf of the Company and a General Chairperson on behalf of the IAM. Tentative Agreement F. The Company will continue to consider instances of loss by fire, act of God, theft, or damage (beyond normal wear and tear) of a Mechanic’s toolbox and contents on a case- by-case basis, and where warranted, will make appropriate reimbursement to the Employee upon presentation of receipts for replacement items of equivalent brand/model or value. Tentative Agreement G. No Employee under this Agreement will be required to enter an aircraft or other area where it is known that there may be an active threat. If the knowledge of such change to obtain each licensea threat is known by Company officials, and there the Employees will be informed immediately. Tentative Agreement H. No Employee will be required to participate in a maintenance test or ferry flight unless the aircraft has been properly released. Tentative Agreement I. The Company will provide death and disability benefits applicable if the Employee suffers work-related death or other disability as a result of an explosion or accident during a bomb scare or maintenance test or ferry flight, in accordance with applicable Workers’ Compensation laws and Company group insurance programs. Tentative Agreement J. The Company and the Union will share equally the costs of printing this Agreement in sufficient quantities to provide each Employee covered hereunder with a copy. The Company agrees to provide a locked, secure area where Employees’ tools and tool boxes may be kept. By providing such facilities, however, the Company does not thereby insure the safety of any tools or tool boxes kept therein, nor does it assume the liability of replacing any items which may be lost or stolen therefrom, except that the Company will reimburse an Employee covered by this Agreement for the loss by fire of his personal tools and tool box occasioned by a fire on Company premises or while the Employee is on Company business. It is further understood and agreed that when a mechanic is required by the Company to travel in connection with emergency field service to restore Company aircraft or equipment to service, the Company will reimburse such mechanic if his personally owned tools are lost or stolen while being shipped to or from the downline station or while such mechanic is at the downline station performing the emergency field service. This Agreement is subject to the following limitations and conditions: a. To qualify for reimbursement under this section, the Employee must have on file with the Company a complete inventory of his personal tools regularly used on Company business and kept on Company premises or used in connection with emergency field service. Such inventory is subject to verification by the Company. Tools which are added to the Employee’s tool box after the inventory will not be covered until the tools are added to the inventory; b. Tools which are not essential to the performance of the job will not be permitted to be included in the inventory; c. Missing individual tools are not covered; d. Tool boxes excessively damaged while being shipped for field service use will be repaired or replace. 1412. All orders or notices to an Employee covered by the Agreement involving a transfer, promotion, demotion, layoff, discipline, or leave of absence will shall be given in writing with a copy to the Union. No letter or of notice for violation of Company rules will be used in the determining of discipline if such notice has been in the Employee’s file for twelve (12) months and there has been no recurrence of the same offense within the twelve (12) month period. All letter letters of reprimands or reprimand or warning warnings will be removed from an Employee’s file after twelve (12) months from date letter is placed in the file. 1513. When an Employee passes his probationary period he will be issued a set of five (5) uniforms. Each Employee will utilize the automated uniform ordering process made available to all covered Employees by the Company to order new or additional uniforms. Each Employee will be given an expense account with a minimum dollar amount equal to five (5) complete uniform sets per year covered by the Company to order new or additional uniforms. All requests for special uniform items outside the five complete sets (e.g., rain-suits, winter gear, etc.) must be ordered through the Supervisoryear. Should an Employee’s uniform show exceptional wear and tear during this interim interim, the Employee should consult with his Supervisorsupervisor. All Employees wearing Company furnished uniforms will abide by the general appearance code for Maintenance maintenance Employees. 1614. The Company will provide a file drawer for the use of the Union. Said file drawer shall be capable of being locked. 15. If there is any change during the life of this Agreement in the licenses Employees covered by this Agreement are required to have, all Employees affected will shall be given a reasonable period of time at least six (6) months from the date of such change to obtain each license, and there will shall be no change in their status or to pay during said six (6) month period. 16. Each Employee shall be responsible for clocking themselves in and out. The Employee will be responsible for entering their hours of service or premiums other than his regular scheduled shift on the exception log. Authorized Company personnel will create and manage a log of work hour exceptions. 17. The Company shall offer all Employees covered by this Agreement the option to payroll deduct contributions to the IBT Credit Union, on the same basis as provided for the Southwest Airlines Employees' Federal Credit Union as of the effective date of this Agreement.

The Company will furnish, clean, and maintain five (5) sets of uniforms or overalls for all crane operators, maintenance, die runners and waste treatment operators at no cost to the Companyemployee. SECTION F. No employee or prospective employee shall be asked by the Company to submit to a polygraph or similar lie detector test. SECTION G. When the Company initiates the use of new equipment and/or methods, necessary training with respect to same will be offered to those employees who normally perform the work in the affected classification and department, on Company time, in seniority order, at no cost to the employee. 1. Under government regulation, the Hourly Employee’s Retirement Savings Plan has been established whereby the Company and eligible employees may contribute a specified amount for each hour worked. The funds will be placed in a Retirement trust Account and will be managed by an independent trustee. Company contributions remain in the Trust Fund and cannot be returned to the Company under any circumstances. Provisions are made for a vesting schedule, withdrawal of all or part of each employee’s contribution, temporary suspension of participation and sharing of Company contribution and fund earnings, all in accordance with government regulations. 2. If a severe decline in business results in a major reduction in the number of plant employees, thereby reducing the number of required supervisors, the Company, after notification to the Union, may use supervisors to perform the work in crew leader, quality control and lab technician classifications, which are covered by this Agreement. This Section supersedes other provisions of this Agreement. Because of this action and during this period, the employee displaced by a supervisor will suffer no reduction in his hourly rate of pay. SECTION L. Employees will be allowed shift trades under the following: 1. Any deviation from this Agreement may be made by mutual agreement between the Company and the Aircraft Mechanics Fraternal Association. Such mutual agreement All shift trade agreements must be in writing and in the same department and same classification, signed by both parties involved and will be approved by the parties theretoregular supervisor of the employee initiating the trade and the regular supervisor of the other employee and may be approved between other classifications and departments provided the employees are qualified. 2. No probationary employee may shift trade. 3. Every person who commits to a shift trade will be required to show up on time and work the entire shift. Should a verifiable emergency occur, the employee must make arrangements for someone who is qualified to cover the shift. 4. In the event an employee is tardy on a shift trade he will be subject to the discipline as outlined in the Company’s current tardiness policy. 5. Failure to show up or cover the shift trade will result in disciplinary action in accordance with the attendance policy plus a thirty (30) day shift trade suspension. 6. A shift trade may be effective with at least forty-eight (48) hours prior acknowledge of the Company. 7. Parties engaging in a trade that has not been previously acknowledged will lose their shift trade privileges. 8. GENERAL AND MISCELLANEOUS. A. Subject to applicable law, reasonable smoking and refreshments during hours of duty will be permitted in designated areas, provided an employee shall not leave the job to indulge in such smoking and refreshments without permission. B. As appropriate, staff shall be provided with customer contact uniforms or workwear to the specifications stated in the Company’s Uniform regulations without cost to the employee. Employees losing such garments shall be required to replace same at their own expense. When an employee leaves the service of the Company, such garments will be returned to the Company. 1. Each affected employee will receive by December 15th of each year the sum of $250.00 to cover all cleaning and laundering costs incurred during the year. This amount will be pro-rated for employees who may have worked less than a full year. Employees assigned to Concorde Team will be eligible to receive such payment. 2. This allowance shall not apply to employees whose uniforms are presently being delivered or laundered at Company expense by an out- side cleaning service. Employees who wear uniforms which are laundered by the Company will be issued a minimum of five (5) shirts and two (2) pairs of trousers each week. 3. This reimbursement shall not apply to extraordinary expenses such as repairs or alterations. 4. British Airways reserves the right to change this procedure by contracting with a service which will provide cleaning and laundering of entire uniforms at Company expense. Such change would be made at the beginning of the calendar year. C. A place shall be provided inside all Company shops and hangars marked “International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers” where Union notices of interest to the employees will be posted; however, no political circulars, propaganda or advertisements will be placed on these bulletin boards. D. It is hereby mutually agreed and understood that the Company agrees to continue its present practice of paying the cost of parking at Airports where employees covered in this Agreement are located. E. It is also agreed that where at any airport the parking facilities available to employees are drastically changed the Company will negotiate the changed circumstances with representatives of the I.A.M. F. The Company shall provide each employee covered by this Agreement with a copy of the Agreement printed in a Union shop and bound in a convenient pocket-size booklet. G. It is understood and agreed that the Company will not lock out any employee covered hereby, and the Union will not authorize or take part in any strike, or picketing of Company premises during the life of this Agreement, until the procedures for settling disputes as provided herein, and as provided by the Railway Labor Act as amended, have been exhausted. H. The Chairperson of Shop Stewards across all Agreements shall be scheduled to work within the operation four hours per day. The other four hours, per day, of his/her work day he/she shall be considered over and above the normal requirements for that shift and he/she will be free to conduct union related affairs under the Agreements and in so doing will get clearance from his/her Section Head or his designee to enter work areas. However, it is understood that the provisions of Article I (b) will apply relative to such activities. I. The IAM Negotiating Committee may consist of two employee representatives per contract. Any deviation from this Agreement may be made by mutual agreement between the Company and the Aircraft Mechanics Fraternal Association. Such mutual agreement must be in writing and signed by the parties thereto. 8. The Company will continue to allow Employees a reasonable amount of time to wash-up prior to punching out. 9. Supervisors/Tech Supervisors and higher ranking officials will not be permitted to perform work of any hourly rated job covered by this Agreement except in emergencies or instructing or training of Employees or assisting in troubleshooting. 10. Where Employees have become physically unable to perform their regular work, the Union and the Company will cooperate in attempting to place such Employees engage in a position within their classification for which they are qualified and able to perform, or by mutual agreement in a lower classification for which they are qualified and able to perform. 11. The Employee will be allowed four (4) work days leave with pay at the Employee’s regular rate of pay for the purpose of attending the funeral of a member of his or her immediate family. Such days will be taken within the days immediately preceding and/or following the funeral. Members of the immediate family will consist of the Employee’s mother, father, or legal guardian in lieu thereof, step-mother, step-father, spouse, children, step-children, brother, sister, grandparents, grandchildren, mother-in-law and father-in-law. If additional days are required, such days may be taken secondary occupation without pay or will be deducted permission from the Employee’s vacation or floating holiday allowance. If the Employee has no accrued vacation or floating holidays in his bank, the Employee may use up to four (4) accrued sick days as additional leavePeople Department. 12. If an Employee’s regularly scheduled work shift begins on one calendar day and extends into the following calendar day, the day worked (for determining pay and holidays, etc.) will be considered to be the day on which his shift started. 13. The Company agrees to provide a locked, secure area where Employees’ tools and tool boxes may be kept. By providing such facilities, however, the Company does not thereby insure the safety of any tools or tool boxes kept therein, nor does it assume the liability of replacing any items which may be lost or stolen therefrom, except that the Company will reimburse an Employee covered by this Agreement for the loss by fire of his personal tools and tool box occasioned by a fire on Company premises or while the Employee is on Company business. It is further understood and agreed that when a mechanic is required by the Company to travel in connection with emergency field service to restore Company aircraft or equipment to service, the Company will reimburse such mechanic if his personally owned tools are lost or stolen while being shipped to or from the downline station or while such mechanic is at the downline station performing the emergency field service. This Agreement is subject to the following limitations and conditions: a. To qualify for reimbursement under this section, the Employee must have on file with the Company a complete inventory of his personal tools regularly used on Company business and kept on Company premises or used in connection with emergency field service. Such inventory is subject to verification by the Company. Tools which are added to the Employee’s tool box after the inventory will not be covered until the tools are added to the inventory; b. Tools which are not essential to the performance of the job will not be permitted to be included in the inventory; c. Missing individual tools are not covered; d. Tool boxes excessively damaged while being shipped for field service use will be repaired or replace. 14. All orders or notices to an Employee covered by the Agreement involving a transfer, promotion, demotion, layoff, discipline, or leave of absence will be given in writing with a copy to the Union. No letter or notice for violation of Company rules will be used in the determining of discipline if such notice has been in the Employee’s file for twelve (12) months and there has been no recurrence of the same offense within the twelve (12) month period. All letter or reprimand or warning will be removed from an Employee’s file after twelve (12) months from date letter is placed in the file. 15. When an Employee passes his probationary period he will be issued a set of five (5) uniforms. Each Employee will utilize the automated uniform ordering process made available to all covered Employees by the Company to order new or additional uniforms. Each Employee will be given an expense account with a minimum dollar amount equal to five (5) complete uniform sets per year covered by the Company to order new or additional uniforms. All requests for special uniform items outside the five complete sets (e.g., rain-suits, winter gear, etc.) must be ordered through the Supervisor. Should an Employee’s uniform show exceptional wear and tear during this interim the Employee should consult with his Supervisor. All Employees wearing Company furnished uniforms will abide by the general appearance code for Maintenance Employees. 16. If there is any change during the life of this Agreement in the licenses Employees covered by this Agreement are required to have, all Employees affected will be given a reasonable period of time from the date of such change to obtain each license, and there will be no change in their status or pay during said period.

GENERAL AND MISCELLANEOUS. 1. Any Employee leaving 18.1 When any new equipment or technology is put into service by the service Company, employees covered by this Agreement will be given an opportunity to become familiar with such new equipment or technology without change of classification or rate of pay; provided, however, that the Company may fix a reasonable time within which such employees must become familiar with such new equipment. The Company will also provide "problem area" training to employees as needed on currently used equipment so that employee skills shall remain at a high level of competency. The Company will train employees as required on customers' equipment and documentation related to international travel (Contract Services) and in addition employees will be given an opportunity to become familiar with borrowed, rented or leased equipment or new technology. 18.2 Official Union business may be conducted during working hours provided prior Company permission has been obtained. 18.3 An employee who voluntarily resigns from the Company or is laid off will, upon his request, be furnished with a letter setting forth the Company’s 's record of his job classifications, qualifications and stating his length of service and rate of pay at the time of leaving the Companyservice. 2. Suitable rain suits will be provided and maintained by the Company. 18.4 The Company will furnish uniform jackets provide adequate bulletin boards for Employees and will have uniform parkas and coveralls available in stock for Employees use of the Union. All notices placed on such bulletin boards shall relate to check out when neededofficial Union business. 3. 18.5 The Company agrees to shall provide the Union with bulletin board space Marked “Aircraft Mechanics Fraternal Association” where Union notices of interest to the Employees may be posted. The Company will cause to be printed and distributed to each Employee a copy of this Agreement and will provide to each employee covered hereby. (a) Where the Aircraft Mechanics Fraternal Association with fifty (50) copies Company requires an employee to wear a uniform in the performance of his work, the cost of the Labor Agreementinitial and replacement garments, including minor alterations, if required, will be borne by the Company. Where the Company requires employees to wear uniforms, it will supply at least five (5) shirts and three (3) pants or, in the case of female agents who choose to wear dresses, four (4) dresses. Ramp agents will be provided with five (5) pants/shorts. 5(b) The Company will pay the initial cost for the State AOA Identification Badge. Airline trip passes State AOA badges which are worn out or which must be changed by state requirement will be issued provided at no cost to qualified Employees in accordance with existing Company policythe employee; however, replacement of lost badges will be at the cost of the employee. 6. Subject to pre(a) Temporary and/or part-existing policies and contractual commitments, Employees covered by this Agreement will be treated no less favorable than other Employee groups in prioritizing space available access to jumpseats. 7. No part-time employee will be hired to work more than twenty (20) hours within one (1) work week except in emergencies or instructing or training of Employees or assisting in troubleshootingwhen there is no qualified applicant for full- time employment. 10. Where Employees have become physically unable to perform their regular work, the Union and the Company will cooperate in attempting to place such Employees in a position within their classification for which they are qualified and able to perform, or by mutual agreement in a lower classification for which they are qualified and able to perform. 11. The Employee will be allowed four (4b) work days leave with pay at the Employee’s regular rate of pay for the purpose of attending the funeral of a member of his or her immediate family. By providing such facilities, however, the Company does not thereby insure the safety of any tools or tool boxes kept therein, nor does it assume the liability of replacing any items which may be lost or stolen therefrom, except that the Company will reimburse an Employee covered by this Agreement for the loss by fire of his personal tools and tool box occasioned by a fire on Company premises or while the Employee is on Company businessrequired. It is further understood understood, however, that in the event of a merger between Hawaiian Airlines and agreed that when a mechanic Aloha Airlines necessitating an overall reduction in force, part-time employees, except at Molokai, Lanai, Hana and Kamuela, will be terminated before any full-time employee is required released. 18.8 In the event of the geographical relocation in whole or in part of any of the work performed by the Company to travel in connection with emergency field service to restore Company aircraft or equipment to serviceemployees covered by this Agreement, the Company will reimburse such mechanic if his personally owned tools are lost or stolen while being shipped to or from the downline station or while such mechanic is at the downline station performing the emergency field service. All employees will pay no more than $5.00 per month for Company provided parking. 18.10 No supervisor and/or management personnel shall be permitted to perform any of the licenses Employees work covered by this Agreement except in an emergency or when training other employees. Emergency herein shall be defined as assisting in performance of work necessary to maintain flight schedules (both customer and flight) or to protect Company property. 18.11 The Company shall, at its expense, provide adequate legal representation for any employee covered by this Agreement named as a defendant, or subpoenaed as a witness in any legal proceedings arising out of such employee's performance of his duties with the Company and shall otherwise indemnify such employee or his estate against any money judgment or award rendered against him. 18.12 The Company shall provide suitable office space to accommodate the IAM local committee chairman and safety representative. 18.13 Cabin jump seat authority on all Hawaiian Airlines aircraft, shall be subject to applicable Federal Aviation Regulations; in the event the cabin jump seat is not occupied by a flight attendant or a person traveling on company business, it shall be available to company employees on seniority basis, subject to the concurrence of the Association of Flight Attendants. 18.14 At any base where there are required to havefive hundred (500) or more employees covered by this Agreement, all Employees affected the Chairman of the Local Committee will be given a reasonable period of provided with full-time from the date of such change to obtain each license, pay and there time off and will be no change in their status allocated office space on Company property. If the base has two hundred (200) or more employees covered by this Agreement but fewer than five hundred (500) the Chairman of the Local Committee will be provided with one (1) day per week for each hundred (100) employees at the base at full pay during said periodto be arranged mutually with his manager, to attend to Union/Company business.
