Common use of General and Miscellaneous Clause in Contracts

General and Miscellaneous. (a) Reasonable refreshments, during hours of duty, will be permitted in designated areas, which may be inside or outside the facility, provided an employee shall not leave the job to indulge in such refreshments without permission. Smoking will not be permitted within an Aer Lingus facility. New laws and/or local regulations governing smoking shall prevail for all locations outside the facility.
