Common use of General Breach by P Clause in Contracts

General Breach by P. C. In the event that P.C. should be in default in the performance of any material provision of this Agreement, and such default is not cured within thirty (30) days after receipt of written notice of such default from Manager, Manager, at its option, may terminate this Agreement by delivering written notice to P.C. at any time after expiration of such thirty (30) day period.
