General Capabilities. MCMIS reporting capabilities shall include the capabilities to access relatively small amounts of data very quickly as well as to generate comprehensive reports using multiple years of historical claims and encounter data. The Contractor shall provide a management and administrative reporting system that allows full access to all of the information utilized in the MCMIS. The Contractor shall provide a solution that makes all data contained in any subcontractor’s MIS available to authorized users through the use of the various software that provides the capabilities detailed in the following Articles.
General Capabilities. Pickup Trucks. Must be able to safely and securely carry a NATO standard pallet (Dimensions 1.00-meter x 1.00 meter) with a maximum weight of 1000kgs. These vehicles must provide the capability to securely cover the load bed with a tarpaulin or equivalent that can be attached to the vehicle body. General Capabilities. Large Panel Van. Personnel are required to transfer bulk stock, equipment, and supplies from collection points to locations both on and off Al Udeid Air Base. Example loads are mail, unit stores, passenger bags and bulk freight etc. The panel van should have a load capacity of at least 750kgs and be lockable. The panel van dimensions should be comparable to a Ford Transit van. On occasion the panel van will be required to travel off base in support of passenger moves to the civil airhead, therefore it is required to have achieved an overall NCAP safety rating 5.

The rear seats must be removable and/or collapsible to allow additional freight capacity. If this is not possible, must be able to fold flat.
