At all times operate Borrower’s business in compliance with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws, ordinances and regulations, including, without limitation, the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, and Borrower shall refrain from and prevent Borrower’s partners, owners, directors, officers, employees and agents from engaging in any civil or criminal activity proscribed by law.
