General Compliance with Law. The Company, the Subsidiaries and, to the Company's knowledge, the Medical Groups have complied and are in full compliance with all Laws except where a failure to comply, singly or in the aggregate, would not have a material adverse effect on the Company, the Subsidiaries and the Medical Groups, taken as a whole.
