General Conditions and Tolerance. The decision of any of the parties refusing to enforce the rights granted by this Agreement or any of its annexes, will be considered as Tolerance, but it will not modify, alter or diminish in any way the rights established in this Agreement and its Annexes and they can enforced at any moment.
