General Cooperation. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, AT Co. and Spinco shall each use reasonable best efforts to provide information and documentation sufficient for each party to perform the Transition Services as they were performed before the date of this Agreement, and make available, as reasonably requested by the other party, sufficient resources and timely decisions, approvals and acceptances in order that each party may accomplish its obligations under this Agreement in a timely and efficient manner.
