General Coverage. This agreement shall cover and relate to members of the Federation wherever they may be employed by the Producer in basic cable television broadcasting or in producing programs for basic cable television whether live or produced on videotape or kinescope, as instrumental musicians, leaders, contractors, arrangers, orchestrators, copyists, production musicians and librarians (herein called "musicians") and to any other persons when they shall perform such services for the Producer in the United States, its territories and possessions (including Puerto Rico), and Canada. The Federation shall exercise full authority in order that the Federation's locals and members of the Federation engaged in such activities shall do nothing in derogation of the terms and intent of this agreement.
General Coverage. At all times during the term of this ---------------- Agreement, each Party will cause to be carried and maintained on or with respect to the SEMA Shared Facilities or Owner Lessor Shared Facilities, as the case may be, with insurers of recognized responsibility selected by such Party, (i) insurance against damage to or destruction of such Shared Facilities (including, but not limited to, boiler and machinery breakdown insurance), (ii) liability insurance with respect to third Party personal injury and property damage and (iii) business and service interruption insurance.
General Coverage. All of Tenant’s Agents shall carry worker’s compensation insurance covering all of their respective employees, and shall also carry commercial general public liability insurance, including property damage, all with limits, in form and with companies as are approved by Landlord.
General Coverage. Employees may take unpaid family care and medical leave in accordance with the Federal Family and Medical Leave Act Of 1993 (“FMLA”) and the California Family Rights Act of 1991, as amended (“CFRA”). Implementation of this policy is governed by the FMLA and the final federal regulations adopted at 29 CFR Part 825 and by the CFRA and the state regulations adopted at California Government Code of Regulations, Title 2, Division 4, Sections 7297.0-7297.11.

This Agreement shall cover and relate to members of the American Federation of Musicians of the United States and Canada (herein sometimes called the “Federation”) wherever they may be employed by us in network television broadcasting or in producing programs for syndication, whether live or produced on videotape or kinescope, as Instrumental Musicians, Leaders, Contractors, Arrangers, Orchestrators, Copyists, Production Musicians and Librarians (herein sometimes called “Musicians”) and to any other persons when they shall perform such services for us in the United States, its territories and possessions (including Puerto Rico), and in Canada. The Federation shall exercise full authority in order that its locals and members engaged in such activities shall do nothing in derogation of the terms and intent of this Agreement.
General Coverage. Borrower will maintain or cause to be maintained, with financially sound and reputable insurers, such public liability insurance, third party property damage insurance, business interruption insurance and casualty insurance with respect to liabilities, losses or damage in respect of the assets, properties and businesses of Borrower and its Restricted Subsidiaries (other than Satellites) as may customarily be carried or maintained under similar circumstances by Persons of established reputation engaged in the same or similar businesses, in each case in such amounts (giving effect to self insurance), with such deductibles, covering such risks and otherwise on such terms and conditions as shall be customary for such Persons. Except as otherwise agreed by Collateral Agent, each such policy of insurance shall (i) name Collateral Agent, on behalf of the Secured Parties, as an additional insured thereunder as its interests may appear, (ii) in the case of each casualty insurance policy, contain a loss payable clause or endorsement, reasonably satisfactory in form and substance to Collateral Agent, that names Collateral Agent, on behalf of the Secured Parties, as the loss payee thereunder and provide for at least thirty days’ prior written notice to Collateral Agent of any modification or cancellation of such policy. All endorsements referred to in this Section 5.05(a) with respect to insurance currently held by or on behalf of Borrower shall be delivered no later than 30 days after the Closing Date (or such longer period as Administrative Agent agrees).
General Coverage. Under the terms and conditions of this Service Contract, CAMECA will maintain the entire electron microprobe SX100 in correct operating conditions as described in the Preventive Maintenance (PM) check list (available from your CAMECA service center) that will be performed every year. This agreement includes: • Unlimited days per annum of on-site emergency service • All Travel, living and lodging costs • CAMECA Spare parts replacement or repairs including integrated systems plus shipping charges (excluding EDS system) • Vacuum System failure coverage (Turbo-pumps, Ion pumps, Sublimation pumps, controllers & vacuum gauge controllers) • Primary Pumps failure coverage & P.M. (parts & labor), if purchased from CAMECA • One preventive maintenance visit (P.M. parts & labor included) per year • One cleaning of the column per year (parts & labor included) • Replacement of the PC every 5 years (if condition applies) • Maximum on-site response time of 10 business days from the local service team for corrective maintenance • Telephone/fax/mail assistance • e-Remote control of the instrument for fast diagnostic (if possible) • Remote application support for troubleshooting a hardware issue • Software support, updates & patches deliveries • Hardware upgrades to improve tool reliability • 10% discount on all parts purchased, repairs or software upgrades Notes: Consumables parts required for normal instrument usage plus external ancillary equipment are not covered by this contract. They are available at discounted price (refer to § Discount).
General Coverage. This Agreement covers FSU, TIO and its employees that fall within the scope of the classifications set out in Appendix One of this Agreement.

Each of the Guarantor and the Borrower will, and will cause each of its Subsidiaries to, maintain with financially sound and reputable insurers insurance with respect to its properties and business against such casualties and contingencies as shall be in accordance with the general practices of businesses engaged in similar activities in similar geographic areas and in amounts, containing such terms, in such forms and for such periods as may be reasonable and prudent and in accordance with the terms of the Security Agreements. The Borrower will maintain insurance on the Mortgaged Properties in accordance with the terms of the Mortgages. The Agent shall be named as loss payee and additional insured on all such insurance policies.
