Common use of General delegation Clause in Contracts

General delegation. (a) The Collateral Agent and any Receiver (acting in good faith) shall have full power to delegate the powers, authorities and discretions conferred on it or him by this Debenture (including the power of attorney) on such terms and conditions as it or he shall see fit which shall not preclude exercise of those powers, authorities or discretions by it or him or any revocation of the delegation or any subsequent delegation.
