General Disbursement Guidelines. Disbursements of funds will be made to the Subrecipient in the form and manner determined by the Department and in accordance with the requirements in this Subaward. At its discretion, the Department shall request supporting documentation or written justifications from the Subrecipient for any program expenditures. The Department may impose mandatory preapproval thresholds for planned purchases by the Subrecipient over a designated price.
