General Disclaimer of Liability. The Manager shall not be liable to the Funds, to any Unitholder or to the Trustee for any loss, damage, cost, charge or expense (including reasonable legal costs) resulting from any act or omission in connection with its duties and obligations under this Master Trust Agreement except to the extent such loss, damage, cost charge or expense is caused by its failure to comply with its standard of care as set forth in Section 10.1.
